Vietnamese Robusta is an average quality coffee. Its beans are even and small. Infusion of Vietnamese Robusta is characterized by slightly acid, balanced taste and intense aroma. This type of coffee is known for high caffeine content, that is why it can stimulate more than Arabica coffee. It is recommended especially for those who like strong coffee and need an injection of energy. Beans of green coffee are raw, good to roast i.e. in an oven, on a pan or to brew after mangling them in a mortar.
